Shift Details: Day Shift, 1.0 FTE; Mondays to Fridays, No weekends and holidays.

- Chemotherapy Treatment Scheduler: Oncology experience
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a Scheduler KC you will schedules follow-up visits, diagnostic testing and procedures, hospital procedures and hospital admission/emergency room treatment.
Demonstrate and sustain compliance with Kadlec Caregiver Expectations Standard of Excellence and Code of Conduct
Understand, embraces, and instills the Kadlec Clinic Guiding Principles
Schedule patient appointments by telephone. Types initial (unverified) patient demographics into the computer system
Schedule same day visits for patients by coordinating insurance verification/eligibility with the appropriate reimbursement specialist and obtaining medical record chart and required documentation, e.g., fee ticket
Schedule pace maker checks coordinating the presence of manufacturing representative and physician
